Usages:

JX13B Computer Multipurpose Instrument Microscope is a multipurpose measuring instrument widely used in machinery industry, electron-manufacturing industry and metering and measuring institutes. It can be used to measure sizes, shapes, angles and locations within the range of various parts. The computer technology is adopted for data processing in measurement; and multiple measuring methods are used including the image method, the shaft contact method, the double-beam interference fringe method, etc. to greatly upgrade the measuring performance of the instrument. The combination and developability of the software can intensify the system function and satisfy the customers’ requirements within still greater ranges.
Typical measured targets are
Measuring various forms of shaped parts, e.g., sample plates, form turning tool, form cutter, punching die, cam, etc.
Measuring the intermediate-, coarse- and minor-diameter, pitch, tooth-form semi-angle of the external screw-thread for screw-threads, leading screws, worms, etc.
Measuring the lead, saw-shaped angle and tooth profile angle of the gear hobber.
Measuring the figure and location errors of the position degree on the circuit board, on drill jig, or on aperture plate and those of the symmetry on the keyslot, etc.
